With a wealth of experience and a foundation in organizational consulting, I’ve navigated the complexities of leadership across global landscapes. Holding a master’s degree in organizational consulting, my career has spanned executive roles, including CHRO at Byrd and VP People at TravelPerk, and in board member positions. My expertise lies in transforming strategic visions into actionable outcomes, guiding startups to scale-ups, and fostering leadership at all levels. This journey has not only honed my skills but also deepened my commitment to developing leaders and organizations ready to face today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.
